Welcome to another edition of Aunt Arctic’s Article. Last time, we took a look at an upcoming Penguin Style, an upcoming visit from a special penguin and important information for igloo builders. This week, I sat down with Captain Rockhopper for a little interview.

Rockhopper Returns: An Int-ARR-view!

Aunt Arctic: Hello, Rockhopper. It’s good to see you again!

‍

Rockhopper: Aye, it be good to see ye too Aunt Arctic!

‍

Aunt Arctic: It’s been a while since your last visit, correct?

‍

Rockhopper: It has! The last time I stopped by was during last year’s Holiday Party. I be very excited to be back here at Club Penguin once again.

‍

Aunt Arctic: What brings you to the island this time around?

‍

Rockhopper: To be quite honest, I just wanted to see me favorite pirate crew again! I have no party plans, just the plan of having a fun stay!

‍

Aunt Arctic: That sounds like a good plan! Is there anything in particular you wanted to do while you’re here?

‍

Rockhopper: There be many things I wish to do! Yesterday I told a tale at the Cove, enjoyed some stinky cheese pizza and cream soda at the Pizza Parlor, had a snowball battle at the Snow Forts, danced a pirate’s jig at the Dance Club, and went all around me Migrator with fellow penguins. That be just the first day, I’ve got other ideas too!

Aunt Arctic: As a pirate, you sure enjoy making the most of each and everyday! Now, when it came to choosing your Rare Items this time around, how did you decide?

‍

Rockhopper: I heard that ye stocked up on beach themed clothing over at the Gift Shop, so I decided to dig up some beachwear meself! There be some beach-themed furniture in there too!

‍

Aunt Arctic: How thoughtful of you! That furniture will definitely come in handy for the big igloo update arriving shortly. I think outside of seeing you, one of the biggest things penguins were excited about with your return was Treasure Hunt! For our newer community members, how exactly do you gain access to your Captain’s Quarters?

‍

Rockhopper: To enter me Quarters, ye will be needing a key that I’ve tucked away on the island somewhere! I’ll give ye a hint, it be in a room where a studious worm may find themself. HAR HAR!

How do you defeat Sensei in Card-Jitsu?

‍

When it comes to Card-Jitsu, Sensei is the most skilled penguin there is! Afterall, his name is Sensei!

‍

Once you obtain 135 Belt Points, you are able to go and challenge Sensei. From there, it’s all about practice. He has many tricks up his sleeve, but play him enough times and you’ll be able to develop a rhythm and best him!

‍

After defeating Sensei, you will earn your Ninja Mask, unlock the entirety of the Martial Artworks catalog and gain access to Tranquil Falls and the Zen Puffle. I wish you the best of luck as you complete your Ninja journey!

Penguins in tuxedos put on quite a show!

With waddles and flippers, they dance with a sway,

No time for napping, it's time to play!

They slide on the snow, with a cheer and a squawk,

Sipping on snowflakes, they happily talk.

A fishy feast laid out, for all to partake,

A party so grand, for goodness sake!

‍

No matter the weather, come sunshine or storm,

These cool, feathered friends keep their spirits warm.

So if you see penguins, all dressed in their best,

They're likely just partying, putting fun to the test!

From Town to Cove, and Ski Hill high,

Adventure waits beneath the sky.

Coffee steams at the Snow Forts’ stand,

Secrets hide beneath the land.

Jetpacks roar and mine carts race,

Each penguin finds their special place.
