Hello, penguins!

Timeless Fashions On the Way!

The Gift Shop is gearing up for another brand new Penguin Style catalog! Whereas last month was to help penguins bundle up for the winter season, this month’s catalog will be focused on the upcoming party!

“Even though the outfits in this catalog may be a bit dated, they’ll still be great to help penguins get prepared for what party is in store. Besides, they’re still very fashionable and a bunch of things are brand new to us!” - Gift Shop Manager

The brand new Penguin Style is set to hit the Gift Shop incredibly soon. As a reminder, be sure to check out the current Outfit of the Month and Penguins at Work outfits, as they will be gone by the release of the next catalog!

Breaking News from Bambadee!

Everybody’s favorite friend, Bambadee, has begun spreading the word about something that will be occurring on the island very soon! I thought I’d lend him a flipper and let him spread his message right here on the article:

“Hey friends! The island is preparing for a fan-favorite party later this month BUT I have another fun little celebration in store before then! It’s going to be right in the Town and it’ll be super awesome! I can’t wait to see you and make new friends!” - Bambadee

It appears that Bambadee has something up their sleeve… or I suppose their friendship bracelet! Be on the lookout for it in the near future, you may just even waddle upon Bambadee himself!

Hear Ye! Hear Ye! February Party News!

In addition to Bambadee’s announcement, we’ve also received breaking news for what party is in store for February. I briefly spoke to the host of the festivities, and here’s what they had to say:

“Greetings, penguins! During this time last year, the island was transported into the Middle Ages in one of our biggest parties to date. I’m pleased to announce that we are preparing to do it all again, the Medieval Party will be making its return later this month. You will not have to wait multiple years this time around! I look forward to seeing you all soon.” - Gary

You heard it here first! The island will be celebrating its third Medieval Party with Gary the Gadget Guy as your host! As for what exactly is planned for the party, that will be revealed at a later date. Stay tuned!

Ask Aunt Arctic

Dear Aunt Arctic,

If you were to give someone a tour of the island, where would be the first spot you take them?

- 5cupcake5

Dear 5cupcake5,

There are plenty of spots that would make a great first impression for any new island residents! Our snowy island has many unique and exciting places to explore, the possibilities at times seem endless!

Picking a first spot to show fellow penguins really comes down to personal preference. For me, I would surely show penguins the Coffee Shop! Nothing beats having a nice coffee on one of those comfy couches while having conversations with others.

In addition to this, I would take them upstairs to the Book Room to read the books up there and to play some games of Mancala. If you’re new here, I highly recommend it! If you’re looking to help other new penguins, go with what spot you feel stands out most!

Dear Aunt Arctic,

Where do the coins in the Cave Mine come from?

- CtrlAltSpace

Dear CtrlAltSpace,

The Cave Mine is a very unique way of earning coins. It may not be the fastest method, but it is surely the most interactive! There are always plenty of penguins down there chatting up a storm and piling up their earnings.

As for where the coins come from, I’m not quite certain. Miners have always dug for treasure, whether it would be gold, diamonds, or other forms of treasure. I suppose our island’s underground treasure just comes in the form of coins!

Rookie once told me he believes that the coins came from a super rich penguin who buried their savings in hopes that it would be a safe place to keep it. Though, I find that story a little hard to believe. It’s a fun story though!

Poetry

When the penguins are leaving,

The igloos grow lifeless.

A bright hope shines brightly with light,

It's DJ Maxx.

The penguins flood back in,

With a giggle and a laugh.

Club Penguin is saved with life.

Iceberg, a place to,

Come together for shared cause,

I heard it might flip!
