Aunt Arctic's Article #59
Hello, penguins!
Welcome to another edition of Aunt Arctic’s Article. Last time, we took a look at what the month of April had in store for the island. This time, it’s all about the month of May!
Top Stories
Cheers to Four Years!
On May 6, our snowy island will be celebrating its 4th Anniversary! Can you believe it? It’s incredible to see how far we’ve come since then. An occasion like this wouldn’t be complete without a party of course!
Coming very soon, a party will be found over at the Town, Coffee Shop, Book Room and Dance Club. When the time comes, be sure to grab some cake, tell some stories and of course claim your very own 4th Year Party Hat! I hear the colors of both the hat and party are a very fun combination.
On top of this, I will be visiting during the festivities. I am very much looking forward to seeing you all again and hearing your favorite memories from the past year. Cheers to another great year and to many more ahead!
May This Penguin Style Bring Great Fashion!
The arrival of a new month means it’s almost time for another edition of the Penguin Style catalog over at the Gift Shop! I hear there is quite a nice selection of outfits on the way for everyone to enjoy. Here’s what the Gift Shop Manager had to say:
“This month’s edition of the Penguin Style has a big variety of some island favorites. These include hoodies and t-shirts, LOTS of t-shirts. With it being the beginning of a new year on the island, we thought it would be great to kick things off with some classics.” - Gift Shop Manager
The new Penguin Style is set to arrive in the coming days! Be sure to stock up on some coins if you haven’t already. These outfits will be available until the release of the August Penguin Style, but the Penguins at Work and Outfit of the Month are only available for this catalog!
Home May-keover!
The recent April Igloo Catalogs proved to be a big hit, with many enjoying the brand new pieces of furniture, such as the Friendly Goose Statue. Soon, the May Igloo Catalogs will be on their way!
Similar to the Penguin Style, the word that’s going around is that these catalogs will include a bunch of classics. From the furniture to igloos to even the new music, classic seems to be the big theme for May!
These new catalogs will be arriving a little later in the month and will also be available until the release of the August catalogs. If you’re in need of earning some coins, I suggest Cart Surfer, Catchin’ Waves or Puffle Roundup! I hear good things about them and the coins they give out!

Ask Aunt Arctic
Dear Aunt Arctic,
How old is Club Penguin Legacy?
- Feemee
Dear Feemee,
As mentioned above, Club Penguin Legacy turns 4 years old on May 6! It’s been an incredible ride, and we’re very honored to have each and every one of you be a part of it. We can’t wait to see what’s in store.
We’ve done a lot over the years! Thrown some amazing parties, unveiled the ancient art of Card-Jitsu, discovered puffles (including rainbow puffles!), and much more! It’s been so fun being a part of it.
What comes next? Only time will tell! I hear some exciting happenings are in the early works for our fifth year. To kick it all off, head on over to the Town for the 4th Anniversary Party and celebrate!
Dear Aunt Arctic,
Will it ever be possible to adopt a Gold Puffle?
- V1DXU
Dear V1DXU,
The Gold Puffle is a popular rumor that goes around the island quite a bit. At the moment, there have been no official sightings of Gold Puffles. If we were to hear anything, it would almost certainly be from Puffle Handler, as she is the island’s expert on puffles.
However, just because there have been no official sightings doesn’t mean there never will be! Rainbow Puffles were rumored to exist for years and then they were discovered during the Puffle Party 2025! After their return during the Festival of Flight, they’re scheduled to permanently join the Pet Shop soon!
Other than the prop used for the stage play, Quest for the Golden Puffle, there has currently been nothing else regarding this interesting species of puffle. However, keep your eyes peeled! Sometimes, the most exciting things can happen in life when you least expect them!

Poetry
Find me in the Coffee Shop,
I’m having a brew.
Invite my friends to come along,
I’m hanging with my crew.
Heading to the Dance Club,
Ready to bust a move.
I’m dancing with my purple puffle,
We get into the groove.
We’ll waddle to the Gift Shop,
Last stop of a night out on the Town.
We buy new clothes and show them off,
No one can bring us down.
- QuietGoose
Snowy island, bright and wide,
Penguins laugh as they slide.
Games, friends, and puffles too—
A pixel world that still feels true.
