Hi Penguins,

Calling all Igloo Designers, Builders, Architects, and Decorators! We're so excited to announce that we'll be hosting our third Igloo Contest here on our snowy island. Do you spend hours and hours inside the Igloo Builder and love showing off your brand new Igloo? This is the perfect opportunity for you to shine!

Between October 30th and Nov 6, you'll have the chance to build and decorate an Igloo that meets our contest guidelines and criteria for a chance to win awesome prizes and bragging rights. Submissions are now open, and the contest will be open for a whole week and will close on Nov 6 at 12:00am Penguin Standard Time.

The contest will be judged by an expert panel of Igloo Builders and the Club Penguin Legacy Team. We can only crown the top three contestants for this edition of the Igloo Contest, however we'll be sure to show off some of the "honorable mentions" as we like to call it, in the final blog post recapping the event and contest.

Here are your details and submission guidelines for this contest:

• One submission per Penguin
• Must submit before deadline (Nov 6 @ 12:00am PST)
• Must follow the Igloo Contest theme
• Unlimited Furniture Quantity

The Theme

This contest's theme is "Halloween"! As we are in the midst of the spooky season, the thrill of anticipation is in the air. With the fall in full swing, it's a magical time filled with eerie delight. What better way to immerse in this hauntingly festive time than by designing and decorating a space that captures the chilling spirit of Halloween and your passion for the festivities?

You can use any haunted house or setup you'd like, as long as you believe it fits the theme of Halloween. Your creativity and imagination are your only boundaries!

The Rewards

Those who place within the Top 3 of the Igloo Contest will receive an award that you can display in your Player Card or Stampbook / Stampbook Cover. This is a rare award that only the winners of Igloo Contests can receive. Here's a look at the animated version of the Award that you can receive if you place within the Top 3!

Winners of past Igloo Contests can also display a banner in your Igloo to show and signify that you've participated and placed within the Top 3 of the Igloo Contest. Finally, all eligible entries for the Igloo Contest will receive a new Event stamp that will be added to your Stampbook in the coming days. (Don't worry if the missing stamp isn't visible in your Stampbook just yet.)*

* - The stamp is participation only. You do not need to place within the Top 3 to receive the stamp; however a valid entry is required to be eligible.

New this contest is that winners and honorable mention will also receive this exclusive Halloween Igloo Contest postcard from the CPL Team!

Wrapping Up

We hope that you're excited as we are to kick off our third Igloo Contest. The team and our judges can't wait to see all the unique, creative, and inspiring Igloo Design and Builds. Submissions are officially open and will close at 12:00am PST on November 6th.

To access the submissions, simply head to your Igloo and click the golden Igloo icon that's located above the Igloo Builder edit icon. From there you'll be given step-by-step instructions on how to submit your Igloo for consideration. Be sure to carefully read through the submission guidelines and make sure you are eligible for submission!

Winners of this Igloo Contests and future Igloo Contests may have the opportunity to help judge future editions.
