Hello penguins!

This year's Halloween Party was a blast, and along with it came our biggest igloo contest yet! In fact we had a total of 364 valid submissions for this contest! Thank you all for participating in the fun. Before we get to the winners, we'd like to remind you that every single one of these valid participants have now received the "Igloo Architect" stamp for their Stamp Book. This stamp was obtainable by submitting an Igloo that is eligible for the contest by following all the rules and guidelines.

If you submitted an igloo and did not receive a stamp, it was because your igloo was not qualified for the contest due to not following the rules and guidelines. If this was the case, do not worry, more Igloo Contests will be arriving in the future!

The Top 3 igloos will receive a special pin that you can showcase on your Player Card and/or Stamp Book. Your igloo will also soon be decorated with a banner to commemorate your wonderful achievement!

Now that all of the basics are covered, let's show our lovely honorable mentions. These are 12 incredible igloos that did not quite reach our Top 3, but still deserved to be shown here on the blog.

Now that we've taken a look at some of the horrifying creations of our honorable mentions, it's time to get to the best of the best! We're super excited to share the results with you all, be sure to congratulate these winners if you see them on the island.

Our Top 3 Selection for this Igloo Contest is none other than... Halloween themself? That's right! This igloo is a spooky Halloween neighborhood. There have been stories of penguins who have gone done the wrong path in this igloo, and eventually end up in some dangerous swamps! With the creepy houses, jack-o-lanterns, all the candy to go around, and even their username, Halloween surely earned their Top 3 spot!

Our Top 2 Selection and runner-up of this Igloo Contest is laundrysalad! This hidden oasis that is a spooky mansion is accompanied by a wonderful pumpkin patch and a candy-filled campfire where you can tell all sorts of scary stories. With all the fog and tall grass, it may be difficult to find, but once you do, you're bound to have a good time! Congratulations on your Top 2 spot, laundrysalad!

And last but certainly not least, our grand prize winner for the Halloween Igloo Contest is none other than... MadDawg44L! Where do we even begin? Let's start with the title! This igloo is called "Ghouls Just Wanna Have Fun", and it comes with a wonderful story. Apparently, the ghosts were tired of penguins getting all the Halloween fun, so they went ahead and threw their own party! Party activities in this incredible mansion include potion-brewing, science experiments, fortune telling, an art gallery, and haunting music sessions. On top of that, the outside includes a graveyard, pumpkin patch, and even a mysterious creature! With the incredible decor and endless activities, it is no surprise that MadDawg44L is our grand prize winner.
