Hello, penguins!

Things around the island continue to get more and more scary! If you haven’t heard the news, brand new igloo catalogs were released this past Friday. There’s a whole new selection of igloos, furniture, and music to get you prepared for this year’s Halloween Party. Upon logging in, you may have noticed a countdown towards the party. It is currently set to begin on Friday, October 27, so mark your calendars!

Similar to the interesting last set of new pages in this month’s Penguin Style, the new furniture catalog also had a couple of those same looking pages. While they do look a bit different, they also seem a bit… familiar in a way. I wonder why they’ve been put into these catalogs? Only time will tell! In the meantime, make sure you stock up on some of these classic items!

Speaking of classics, it’s time for our classic Monday tradition of Penguin of the Week! It’s time to see which penguin has found their way into the spotlight.

Today we recognize a very creative member of the community. Just take a look at their Halloween costume! It seems to me like they’re dressed as a ghost pirate, sporting incredible fashion from none other than Waitaha’s Island back during the Island Adventure Party! Remember that? That was quite the adventure! This penguin also topped off their look with some colorful haunting hair.

In addition to fashion, they are also quite the igloo designer. In fact, they recently just earned third place in our recent igloo contest! Their igloo was incredible, it was a circus of snowmen with an audience! Judging by how creative that igloo was, I have no doubt that their igloo for the Halloween season will also be phenomenal! If you’re ever looking for home improvement tips, I’m sure they would give great advice.
