Hello, penguins!

Happy December! After a bit of a quiet month, we’re ready to get incredibly festive! If you haven’t heard the news, the Gift Calendar has returned to the Forest. Throughout the month, 30 brand new gifts will become available to everybody. A couple of them have already been released! I am quite fond of the Holi-lei myself.

This best part is that this is only the beginning! A new Penguin Style will be arriving next week. It will include plenty of new items, along with the return of some Holiday classics for newer players! Then, new igloo catalogs with some festive furniture will be shortly afterwards. Lastly, our second annual Holiday Party is set to start later this month. I even hear a certain pirate may be making his way to visit once again…

Once again, we got another Penguin of the Week to announce! Let’s take a look at who it is this time around!

This week’s penguin is another longtime member of our community! They have proven to be quite helpful, as showcased by their Red Hard Hat that was available to a select few during our Improvement Project in 2022. That’s not the only exclusive item they’ve earned! As shown in their picture, they also have the one of a kind Penguin Chat Igloo. How did they earn this you may ask? Well, it is because of their creativity! In 2022, we had a Wayback Video Contest, and this penguin won it all, earning them the igloo. Between their creativity, dedication to the game, and kindness to other players, it’s clear that this penguin rightfully deserves the spotlight.
