The wait is finally over… the Fashion Festival has arrived on the island! This party is one of the most unique events we’ve ever thrown, and this post will be your guide to the festivities. Let’s get started!

Island Quests

Island Quests are back! Each time you complete an Island Quest you can also receive Coins depending on the rarity of the specific Quest. Here is a breakdown on the coin rewards for each Island Quest type:

• Easy Quests: 50 Coins (Green)
• Medium Quests: 100 Coins (Yellow)
• Hard Quests: 150 Coins (Blue)
• Extreme Quests: 350 Coins (Red)

We’ve got another nice prize for you to collect. Be sure to get some fellow penguins to help you complete these quests!

Stamps & Mascots

In addition to Island Quests, you will of course be able to earn a few stamps. The stamps for this party include: Explorer, Happy Room, and Party Maestro.

Now, this party introduces a brand new mascot: Dot! She will also have a brand new stamp for you to earn upon meeting her, in addition to her very first giveaway! With her being an all new face, it’s important to get a fair chance to meet her. In addition to random meetups, there will also be some scheduled ones. Below are some scheduled mascot meetup times:

Fashion Contest

This right here is the main attraction of the party. Here’s how it all works! Throughout the party, there will be seven themes: Beach, Fancy, Fantasy, Futuristic, Rainbow, Silly, and Spooky. Beginning tomorrow, one of these themes will take the spotlight every other day. Here is the order:

Fantasy, located at the Forest (June 3 - 5)

Futuristic, located at the Plaza (June 5 - 7)

Spooky, located at the Cove (June 7 - 9)

Silly, located at the Snow Forts (June 9 - 11)

Beach, located at… the Beach (June 11 - 13)

Rainbow, located at the Ski Village (June 13 - 15)

Fancy, located at the Dock (June 15 - 17)

Each room will have a location to submit your own outfit, and a place to vote for other outfits. In order to submit an outfit, you’ll need to have a ticket. You can earn tickets by voting for other outfits. Fear not, every player will have one ticket at the start of the party! The Top 10 winners from each theme (70 winners total) will receive an all new custom Fashionista Pin. I hear it’s even animated!

In addition to this, winners will also receive a grand amount of coins. Here’s how it will go:

1st place: 25,000 coins

2nd place: 15,000 coins

3rd place: 10,000 coins

Remainder of the top 10: 5,000 coins.

The winners for each theme will be showcased right here on the blog every other day, so keep an eye out!

Afraid you don’t have enough clothes for a theme? Dot’s got you covered! She assembled a handful of clothing items for each theme, and put them in various different catalogs (similar to the Dimension Catalogs during the April Fools’ Party). The items in all of the themed rooms will cost coins. However, in the Town, there is a bonus catalog with items that will cost tickets, so be sure to vote!

Boiler Barry? Was this supposed to be a part of the party? Anywho, I suggest you check out what’s going on down there, you may be able to claim some items!

Wrapping Up

That just about covers everything! Before we fully wrap up, we would like to give a shoutout to our entire team for putting endless work into this party. This is something we’ve been putting together for a few months now, and we’re very excited for everybody to finally see it come to life. However, we’d also like to give a few specific shoutouts:

• Our artists: mar and Shovel. mar is heavily responsible for helping Dot become a reality and designing the Lakeside. Meanwhile, Shovel made every other room for this party from the ground up.
• Shroud for designing our variety of party catalogs.

Since this party is such a grand occasion, it will be lasting all the way until June 17! We appreciate your patience as we got this party out. This is only the beginning of a huge summer ahead…
