Hello, penguins!

It is officially the most horrifying time of year! Our fourth annual Halloween Party has arrived on the island! Our team has been working very hard to make this year’s party the biggest one yet! As always, there are some key things to talk about, so let’s get started.

‍

Island Quests, Stamps & Mascots

As with just about every party, island quests are available to complete and stamps are able to be earned. For this party, there will be 32 Island Quests available! Whenever you finish a quest, you will earn coins. The more difficult the quest, the more coins you will receive. Here is a little guide to help:

‍

• Easy Quests: 50 coins (Green)
• Medium Quests: 100 coins (Yellow)
• Hard Quests: 150 coins (Blue)
• Extreme Quests: 350 coins (Red)

‍

When you complete all the quests, you’ll earn a brand new fully custom prize! You’ll also be able to unlock a bonus prize as well. Be sure to get other fellow penguins ready so you can all get a better chance at earning it! 

‍

During the party, you will also be able to earn a lot of stamps! These include Explorer, Happy Room, Monster Mash, Music Maestro, Party Puzzle, Path Finder, Scavenger Hunt, Trick-or-Treat, and Party Maestro. You’ll also be able to earn stamps by meeting the mascot of this party: Gary. He will be giving out his IT’S ALIVE! Giveaway from 2022. There will be both random and scheduled meetups. Trick-or-Treating

Everyone’s favorite Halloween activity is back: Trick-or-Treating! Located at both the Snow Forts and Stadium, you’ll be greeted with three different houses. Each house carries a different type of candy. 

‍

The bottom left house gives out Common Candies (White) every 30 seconds. Each time you click on the door when the timer runs out, you’ll receive 10 Common Candies.

‍

The bottom right house gives out Rare Candies (Green) every 2 minutes. Each time you click on the door when the timer runs out, you’ll receive 5 Rare Candies.

‍

Lastly, the top house gives out Epic Candies (Purple) every 5 minutes. Each time you click on the door when the timer runs out, you’ll receive 3 Epic Candies.

‍

You can spend your candies in the Candy Prize Catalog, located in the top right corner of your screen. One thing about this year’s prizes, every single prize is brand new or returning after a couple years of being unavailable! There are also a lot of custom ones as well! We wish you the best of luck earning your candy.

Haunted House

Just like last year, the Haunted House will be returning! This is a nice little party room filled with all kinds of secrets. I hear there is even an Island Quest about these secrets! There’s also a free item in the room, so be sure to grab it!

‍

Dark Chamber

The Dark Chamber will be returning as well this year. These sets of rooms are divided into three parts. The Dark Swamp, the Dark Chamber (of course), and the Monster Room. The Dark Swamp contains a musical puzzle, which is where players will be able to earn the new Music Maestro stamp. The Dark Chamber is a set of two mazes that players will have to navigate, which is where players will be able to earn the Path Finder stamp. Lastly, there is the Monster Room, where players will be rewarded with a full catalog of items and even some piles of candy!

Haunted Mansion

Gariwald’s Haunted Mansion is another hot spot returning for this year’s Halloween Party! There are nine different rooms to see in this place. Players will have to search this scary property for five different keys. Each key is hidden in a different room of the mansion. They’re pretty well hidden, so be sure to think outside the box! Once all the keys are collected, players can head back to the Foyer and unlock the giant chest. After you uncover what the chest leads you to, you’ll be greeted by an incredible room and another task to complete!

Catchin'... Candy Corn?

There's one more little update for this party! It appears that the Game Upgrades catalog for Catchin' Waves over at the Cove has received a new addition for this party only! Check it out and ride some waves in spooky style!
