Hello, hi!

It seems those ravenous fluffy friends of ours have been really good at recent games of hide and seek! You may have noticed the disappearance of your puffles at your igloo. But not to fret, we recently pushed a fix and recovered most of these companions. If you are worried whether or not your puffle was affected you can find more information below.

But first, a big thank you. We appreciate each and every one of you in this community, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who brought this to our attention so we can return your friends. We apologise for this disruption and any disheartening it may have caused.

Was My Puffle Affected?

If you have not been online in the past six days, there has been no change to your puffles. On the other hand, If you have been online within the past six days and noticed your puffles missing, please read ahead to see how your puffle was affected.

Most puffles have returned safetly. there are a few exceptions, especially in the case of the Rainbow Puffle which I will talk more about later. for the regular cast of puffles including blue, pink, black, green, purple, red, yellow, white, orange and brown, we restored those that were missing from a backup that was made six days ago.

Regular Puffles

If you adopted any amount of puffles within the past six days, unfortunately, they will need to be re-adopted.

‍

If you adopted them before then, they will be returned to their "state" at the time of the backup, six days ago. This means that all of their stats will be as they were at that time, so if they needed feeding at that time, they will again need feeding.

‍

Be sure to check on your fluffy friends to ensure they are cared for and do not decide to return back to the wild!

Rainbow Puffles

Now, as you may be aware, Rainbow Puffles have quest progression before they become adoptable. This makes this situation a little bit more tricky, but I'll do my best to explain what's happened here.

If you have started your Rainbow Puffle Quests, the progress has not been reset and you are still on your way to adopting a new Rainbow Puffle.

‍

But, if you are a puffle extraordinaire and already finished your quests within the past six days, adopting a rainbow puffle, you will need to re adopt them.

‍

For those overachievers who have adopted more than one rainbow puffle, all of the above still applies but, unfortunately we can only help you recover one of them, The others are lost.

Wrapping Up!

As an apology for this mishap, we are giving 3,000 coins to anyone who logged in within the past six days. That's enough to adopt three new puffles!
